Having a community of support to reach your fitness goals is powerful. That also means you will be working out with people at different fitness levels than you. We meet each individual where they're at in their fitness level. Individuals are progressed through the program based on personal needs such as balance/core strength, endurance, and functional strength. Each class is different so you will never do the same workout twice in one week. Our goals for clients are weight loss, lifestyle change, functional strength, and cardiovascular endurance. Each person can set their own personal goals as well, such as running a 5k. We encourage this and hope you will choose us to meet your fitness needs!
Exercise can be fun but its what you make of it!
Remember these results are typical but just like with everything else in life you get out of this program what you put into it. There are 3500 calories in 1lb. of body fat. So we have to create a calorie deficit to lose weight. Excuses don't burn calories!!!
We want everyone that is new to the program to do 5 days/week but after your first 12 weeks you can graduate to a maintance program. People that have graduated do 3 or 4 days per week. You will most likely not lose weight only doing 3 days unless your diet is perfect by our standards!
